  • The assembled mold is fixed in a press.

  • The liquid pewter is poured by means of a ladle.

  • After the mold opening the casting is extracted from the mold and afterwards the gates are removed.

  • The upper layer is removed mechanically during the polishing process and the shining bare metal
    will be visible.

All horn products have been designed and developed in our company – and are handmade.
Each horn is coated at the inside with a first class protection finish. It is polished with wax manually at the outside. Our horns are shining on the inside and on the outside. Every horn is a natural product and, consequently, it is treated individually.

Our artworks are produced manually, combined with very glossy and decorative pewter, following a centuries-old tradition.
